CAREER

As a new trader, you will be assisting a senior trader while:

- Building a long term business plan
- Analyzing prospects / territories / new suppliers / new products
- Negotiating prices
- Closing sales
- Understanding market trends
- Creating lasting relationships with clients and suppliers

The training program consists of learning all about the industry by assisting a senior trader. You will learn about sawmill production, product transportation/distribution, and direct sales channels.  During this phase, you will learn to understand, analyse, and anticipate market trends.


Once you have mastered the above, you will start to implement your business plan.

Our salary structure has no limit on earnings; we believe that your salary should reflect the business you are willing to develop.  Boscus offers unlimited financial, logistics and human resources support.


The right candidate will be sales driven and have the ability to keep their eye on the price even if you get a few bumps on the roadPrevious experience in business development is an asset, and last but not lease, if you have participated in a varsity athletics program, it will be most considered as well.
